'Reiki' is a flow of balancing, harmonizing life force energy working on all levels of your being. The treatment involves a gentle, non-invasive application of hands either on the body, or within the energy fields around, facilitating whatever healing processes are appropriate. Reiki is especially helpful as a balancing treatment - promoting energy or deep relaxation - helpful for specific problems of health, stress or the emotions and re-establishing positive thought patterns. It can also be useful simply as a relaxation treatment.
