About Us...

Most people have heard of Pilates but few know what it entails.
It is a form of exercise that is designed to strengthen ligaments
and joints, increase flexibility and lengthen the muscles.
If you have never tried this form of exercise before, you will be surprised by its apparent simplicity. By using slow and controlled movements there is no need for over-exertion.
I will instruct you in a professional and friendly way to help you achieve a healthier and more flexible body.
The exercises are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and are an excellent way to improve both mental and physical wellbeing. All you need is a willing body and a curious mind - so come and join my classes.
