A course for adults who want to learn how to talk communicate with the profoundly deaf has started in Ross-on-Wye – and there are still places left.
The British Sign language leading to the OCSL Certificate Level 1 is practical and fun.
It is being run by the Workers’ Educational Association and costs £85, which covers registration, certification, and materials. There is no charge for people in receipt of means tested benefit or on a low household income.
The course runs for 30 weeks on Wednesdays from 10am to noon at the Larruperz Centre in Ross.
