School Days - The Best of Your Life   11/01/2005

Ross Heritage Centre is bringing back their very popular “School Days – The Best of Your Life” Exhibition in February and March this year. We are looking for more exhibits – especially those that have not been loaned in the past.

Both of the previous exhibitions have been based on all of the local schools – secondary and primary alike. However, 2001 seemed to concentrate more on the Grammar School and 2003 on the Secondary Modern.

This time we would like to see if we can concentrate more on the Primary Schools. This is not just for those in the town, but also those in the outlying villages.

Of the previous donations and loans we have managed to copy a huge amount of photographs which will again be on display, but we would like to add to these and other small items even more.

If you can help could you please contact the staff as soon as possible. You can be assured all items will be looked after, original photographs will be copied and all items returned after the exhibition finishes.

Details and offers of items can be given on 01432 260675 or by personal visit during opening hours. These are Monday to Saturday, 10.30am to 4pm with a lunchtime closure from 1pm to 1.30pm daily.

Thank you for all your help in the past and for the future towards successes of the Heritage Centre.
